Our 6-Step Beverage Process
Ingredient Sourcing & Sorting
Fresh, ripe mangoes and premium dried hibiscus calyces (zobo) are hand-inspected, sorted, and thoroughly washed.
Pulping & Botanical Extraction
Mangoes are cold-pulped into smooth puree, while hibiscus flowers are steeped in temperature-controlled vats to extract rich flavor and color.
Fine Filtration & Clarification
Extracted hibiscus tea and mango purees are double-filtered to achieve a clear, velvety texture without unwanted sediment.
Natural Infusion & Blending
Natural spices (ginger, clove) and sweet citrus notes are harmoniously blended into the hibiscus and fruit juices.
Flash Pasteurization & Bottling
Juices undergo rapid pasteurization to preserve nutrients before entering automated, sterile filling and capping lines.
Rapid Blast Chilling
Sealed bottles are quickly chilled to 4°C to lock in fresh fruit flavor and natural antioxidants prior to retail distribution.
